Handmade Rug - Kashan

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. The refund will be the purchase price deducted by 150 CAD for a cleaning fee, since all of our Persian rugs are guaranteed to be brand new, clean and of high quality. We ask you to accept this policy in your own interest as a customer. Should you not be sure which of the rugs looks best in your home, please take advantage of our unique Private Presentation Service offer. 

You can select between two possibilities:

• Shipping by Private Presentation Service:

You choose up to three rugs from our collection as displayed on our website and book a date that suits you best for an inhome presentation. This service can be booked online for a service fee of 50 CAD. On the date you have booked we will present these rugs in your home. Should you decide to purchase one of your chosen rugs, the payment is done onsite and the service fee will be deducted from the purchase price. No shipping fee is requested. For further details, see under Services.

• General Shipping:

In this case the shipping fee is 50 CAD and the rug that you have purchased will be delivered within 2 to 4 days. Our shipping is limited to the greater metropolitan areas of southern Ontario as being Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, London, Hamilton and within a circle of 50 km around these cities.
